Formspree
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA). Formspree receives and forwards your submission to us by email. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Microsoft 365
We receive and store your enquiry via Microsoft 365 (Outlook). Microsoft's privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
GitHub Pages
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (Microsoft). GitHub may process connection-level data such as IP addresses as part of serving the site. Their privacy statement is available at docs.github.com.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated spam submissions. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Data retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as is necessary to respond to and complete any resulting engagement. If no engagement proceeds, information is deleted within 12 months of receipt.
Your rights under the NZ Privacy Act 2020
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:
